I have been using Efficient Freight for many years, for VacCoat and my other companies, I use them for everything, just tell them what it is where to collect it from and where it has to go. Then sit back and it all happens, imports paperwork, etc. all sorted, VAT, import tax all just sorted. Same for exports.
Definitely worth giving them a trial, let them take over for a month, you will be amazed at the amount of time it saves.
